We endeavour to ensure our customers have all the information they need when making a purchase, including reliable descriptions of goods and accurate listed prices at all times. However, mistakes may occasionally happen.

Should this occur, we aim to effectively resolve all issues with information errors as quickly as possible. We strive to keep our customers informed should they be affected by such errors. As a result, we are not liable to you for any errors that may occur on the website.

We strive to supply your order in full, but all goods are subject strictly to real-time stock availability limitations.

3. Account Security & Intellectual Property

You are partially responsible for ensuring your login details and other sensitive information relating to your Nyny-Ryke account remains completely confidential.

We retain full and exclusive ownership of all intellectual property, design patents, layout copyrights, imagery assets, trade names, and site logos appearing throughout this platform.

4. Order Submissions & Acceptance Rights

You can submit an order for Products by completing the details required on the order summary page and clicking the complete order button. All prices include VAT where applicable.

We have no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available, under Pre-order arrangements, or where the order accurately reflects current pricing and your credit card/debit card payment is approved by your processing card issuer.

5. Technical Steps of Contract Formation

1 Place Order
You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process by a series of simple layout configurations including your preferred payment path.
2 Order Acknowledgment
We will send you an automated order acknowledgment email detailing the specific products, pricing matrix, and quantities you have requested.
3 Shipping Confirmation
As your Product is successfully completed and leaves our atelier, we will issue a formal shipping confirmation email containing tracking references.
4 Order Acceptance
Order acceptance and the technical completion of the Contract between you and us will take place explicitly upon the dispatch of the Product(s) to you, unless we have previously notified you that we do not accept the order or you have cancelled it.
