Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch Timescales & Order Fulfillment

We make every effort to deliver all products in Italy, France, United Kingdom and worldwide in accordance with the timescales set out below. All our goods are dispatched within 10 working days. Where it is not possible, we will seek to notify you and, unless we state otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from acceptance.

Your order will be fulfilled by the estimated delivery date set out in the Shipping confirmation, unless subjected by external events out of our Control. Please note that it can take up to 5 hours for your order to appear on the system.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in the UK. You will receive a notification if we have any difficulties processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.

2. Pricing Errors & Verification Policy

We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of our Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. However if we discover an error in the price of Product(s) you ordered, we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions.

If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Prices for our Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with a Shipping Confirmation. All our prices includes VAT, however does not includes shipping fees.

3. Ownership & Shipping Calculations

You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as quoted on our site. To check relevant delivery charges, please review the methods below or choose your delivery country on checkout where the precise final delivery fee will be displayed.

We offer a range of delivery options throughout the UK, Europe, and international destinations. Select first the delivery’s country on the checkout pipeline to see the variations available.

4. International Custom Clearances

Outside of the United Kingdom, international deliveries may be subject to additional destination customs clearance fees or handling tariffs unique to local port policies.
